The Brooklyn Conservatory Community Orchestra will present Sibelius, Mozart, Shaw and Student Concerto Competition Winners on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 7:30 pm at St. Ann & the Holy Trinity, 157 Montague St, Brooklyn. Tickets are $25 General / $15 Students & Seniors and are available online.

Join the Brooklyn Conservatory Community Orchestra and the winners of BKCM's annual Student Concerto Competition for a spring concert featuring Sibelius' Symphony no. 5, the overture to Mozart's The Magic Flute and Caroline Shaw's Entr'acte. The talented winners of the biennial BKCM-BCCO Student Concerto Competition - both violinists in the Conservatory's Suzuki program - will also perform pieces with the orchestra. Zoe Olson will perform Ludwig van Beethoven's Romance for Violin and Orchestra no. 2 in F Major, and Colton Choi will perform Antonio Vivaldi's Violin Concerto in A Minor, Third Movement.

The Brooklyn Conservatory of Music is a 127-year-old non-profit community music school. The Brooklyn Conservatory Community Orchestra (BCCO) is a passionate and diverse group of dedicated amateur and professional musicians who perform the great masterpieces of the orchestral repertoire, from Tchaikovsky and Stravinsky to contemporary works by living composers. Now in its 23rd year, BCCO's members feel more keenly than ever the profound joys of playing and sharing some of the world's most beautiful music. The 72-member ensemble is composed of players from all walks of life, from middle-school art teachers to law professors and local baristas.
